OSSSC Teacher Recruitment 2024 Qualification

TGT (Arts):

• The candidates must have passed graduation in Arts or Commerce with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognized university and a Bachelor in Education (B.Ed.) from an NCTE-recognized institution. Or
• The candidates must have possessed a four-year integrated B.A. or B.Ed. with a minimum of 50% marks from an NCTE-recognized institution.

TGT (Science):

• The candidates must have passed graduation in Science or B.E., or B.Tech. with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognized university and a Bachelor in Education (B.Ed.) from an NCTE-recognized institution. Or
• The candidates must have possessed a four-year integrated B.A. or B.Ed. with a minimum of 50% marks from an NCTE-recognized institution.

Hindi Teacher:

• The candidates must have passed a bachelor’s degree with Hindi as one of the elective/ optional / honors / pass subjects with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognized university and a Bachelor in Education (B.Ed.) from an NCTE-recognized institution.

Physical Education Teacher (PET):

• The candidates must have passed a bachelor’s degree in Physical Education (B.P.Ed) or Arts with a certificate in Physical Education (B.A.C.P.Ed) from a recognized university.

Sanskrit Teacher:

• The candidates must have passed a bachelor’s degree with Sanskrit as one of the elective/ optional / honors / pass subjects with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognized university and a Bachelor in Education (B.Ed.) from an NCTE-recognized institution.

Sevak/Sevika:

• The candidates must have passed the Higher Secondary Examination (10+2) with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognized institution and have a two-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.).
