- The candidates must have passed MBA/PGDM/PGDBM from a recognized University or Institution.
Central Research Team (Support):
- The candidates must have completed Graduate/ Post-Graduate in Commerce/Economics/ Finance/ Management/ Statistics/ Mathematics from a recognized University or Institution.
Project Development Manager (Technology):
- The candidates must have completed an MBA/MMS/PGDM/B.E./M.Tech./B.Tech./PGDBM from a recognized University or Institution.
Project Development Manager (Business):
- The candidates must have completed an MBA/PGDM/PGDBM from a recognized University or Institution.
Relationship Manager:
- The candidates must have completed their Graduation from a recognized University or Institution.
VP Wealth:
- The candidates must have completed their Graduate from a recognized University or Institution.
- The candidates also have passed an MBA (Banking/ Finance/ Marketing) with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate from a recognized University or Institution.
Relationship Manager Team Lead:
- The candidates must have passed Graduation from a recognized University or Institution.
Regional Head:
- The candidates must have passed Graduation from a recognized University or Institution.
Investment Specialist:
- The candidates must have completed an MBA/PGDM/PGDBM from a recognized University.
Investment Officer:
- The candidates must have completed an MBA/PGDM/PGDBM from a recognized University.

For Specialist Cadre Officers the age must be between 25 to 50 years as of April 1, 2024. The reservation under various categories will be as per prevailing Government of India guidelines.
