Application Fees

A processing fee of Rs. 100 is applicable for submission of online applications. For SC/ ST/ PwBD/ Women candidates no application fee is required to be paid. Note that the application fee is non-refundable.

ICF Chennai Apprentice Recruitment 2024 Qualification

For Fitter, Electrician, and Machinist Posts:

• The candidates must have passed matriculation with a minimum of 50% marks in Science and Maths under the 10+2 system or its equivalent and also possess a National Trade Certificate in the notified trade from an institution recognized by NCVT or SCVT.

For Carpenter, Painter, and Welder Posts:

• The candidates must have passed matriculation with a minimum of 50% marks in Science and Maths under the 10+2 system or its equivalent and also possess a National Trade Certificate in the notified trade from an institution recognized by NCVT or SCVT.

For Programming and System Admin Assistant (PSAA) Posts:

• The candidates must have passed matriculation with a minimum of 50% marks and also possess a National Trade Certificate in the trade of Computer Operator and Programming Assistant from an institution recognized by NCVT or SCVT.

For MLT (Radiology and Pathology) Posts:

• The candidates must have passed the 10+2 examination with subjects Physics, Chemistry, and Biology from a recognized Board.

ICF Chennai Apprentice Recruitment 2024 Age Limit

For ITI Candidates:

• Minimum age limit: 15 years (as on 21/06/2024)
• Maximum age limit: 24 years (as on 21/06/2024)

For Non-ITI Candidates:

• Minimum age limit: 15 years (as on 21/06/2024)
• Maximum age limit: 22 years (as on 21/06/2024)

Age Relaxation

Candidates belonging to the Schedule Caste (SC), and Scheduled Tribe (ST) categories are eligible for an age relaxation of 05 years. Candidates belonging to the Other Backward Classes (OBC) categories are also eligible for an age relaxation of 03 years. Similarly, candidates belonging to the Person with Disability (PWD) categories are also eligible for an age relaxation of 10 years.

ICF Chennai Apprentice Salary per Month

For freshers who have completed the 10th examination, the stipend ranges from Rs. 6000 per month. Similarly, for freshers who have completed the 12th examination, the stipend ranges from Rs. 7000 per month. The ex-ITI candidates selected will receive a monthly stipend of Rs. 7000.
