- The candidates also completed PG Diploma in Personnel Management/ Labour Welfare/ Industrial Relations/ HRD/ Behavioral Science/ Trg. & Development/ HRM or MBA with specialization in PM/HRD/IR/HRM or PG Diploma in Social Welfare.
General Manager (Civil):
- The candidates must have completed a Degree in Civil/ Architecture/ Ceramics Engineering from a recognized University.
General Manager (Finance):
- The candidates must have completed a Degree in any discipline with a Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost Management Accountant (CMA).
For General Manager (Mining) & Group General Manager (Mining):
- The candidates must possess a Degree or equivalent Diploma in Mining Engineering & First Class Metalliferous Mines Manager’s certificate of competency.
