Chief Executive Officer (CEO):
- The candidates must have passed Graduation in Agriculture/ Horticulture/ Agricultural Sciences/ Biotechnology/ Veterinarian Sciences/ Sociology from a recognized University. Or
- The candidates must have passed a Master’s Degree or post-graduation or equivalent degree in Rural Management/ Development Management/ Social Entrepreneur and other related fields from a recognized University.
- Experience: 2-5 years in the related field
Accountant-cum-MIS:
- The candidates must possess a Graduation in Commerce and a one-year computer course with proficiency in Tally’s latest version. Or
- The candidates must have passed post-graduation in Social Entrepreneurship/ Rural Development/ Marketing or a related field from a recognized University.
- Desirable: Computer Knowledge
- Experience: 2-3 years in the related field
Odisha CEO & Accountant Recruitment 2024 Age Limit
For Chief Executive Officer (CEO) the upper age limit is set to 40 years, while for Accountant-cum-MIS the upper age limit is set to 35 years.
