UPSC Vacancy 2024 Qualification

Scientist-B (Mechanical):

• The candidates must have passed Master’s degree in Physics from a recognized university or institute. Or
• The candidates must have passed Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering or Metallurgical Engineering from a recognized university or institute.

Anthropologist (Physical Anthropology Division):

• The candidates must have passed Master’s degree in Anthropology from a recognized university.

Specialist Grade III Assistant Professor:

• The candidates must have possessed a MBBS degree from a recognized university. Or
• The candidates must have passed post graduate degree in the concerned speciality or super-speciality from a recognized institute.

Assistant Executive Engineer:

• The candidates must have passed Bachelor’s degree in Drilling or Mining or Mechanical or Electrical or Civil Engineering or Agricultural Engineering or Petroleum Technology from a recognized university or institute.

Scientist ‘B’ (Civil Engineering):

• The candidates must have passed Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university or institute.

Scientist ‘B’ (Electronics / Instrumentation):

• The candidates must have passed Bachelor’s degree in Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering from a recognized university or institute.

Assistant Director (Safety):

• The candidates must have passed Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical or Chemical or Marine or Production or Industrial or Instrumentation or Civil Engineering or Architecture or Textile Chemistry or Textile Technology or Computer Science or Electronics & Communication from a recognized university or institute.
