General Manager (Mines):
- The candidates must have completed 4 years of full-time B.E./ B.Tech. Engineering Degree from a recognized University.
Dy. General Manager (Electrical):
- The candidates must have completed 4 years of full-time B.E./ B.Tech. Engineering Degree from a recognized University.
Sr. Manager (Civil):
- The candidates must have passed B.E./ B.Tech. or equivalent Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University.
Manager (Survey):
- The candidates must have completed a Diploma in Mines Survey/ Mining Engineering from a recognized University.
Manager (Mine Planning):
- The candidates must have completed a Degree in Mining Engineering from a recognized University.
Dy. Manager (Security & Traffic):

Sr. Asst. Manager (CSR):
- The candidates must have completed a Graduate with at least two years of full-time PG Degree/ PG Diploma/ PG Programme in Rural Management/ Rural Development or MBA or MSW from a recognized University.

- The candidates must have passed B.E./ B.Tech. or equivalent Degree in Mining Engineering from a recognized University.
Asst. Manager (Chemistry):
- The candidates must have completed a B.Sc./ M.Sc. in Chemistry from a recognized University.
Asst. Manager (Survey):
- The candidates must have completed a Diploma in Mines Survey/ Mining Engineering from a recognized University.
Asst. Manager (Mechanical):
- The candidates must have completed a full-time Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
